Scorpion does have skin, but he can pull it off, which is exactly why he can still bleed and has cuts on him during a fight. I don’t know about this flaming skull shit, because in Mortal Kombat 1 and 2 he never had a flaming skull, it was just a skull and I have no idea why they changed that.
And by the way, if Scorpion was made out of fire, just because he can breathe fire… Then is Rain is made out of water just because he can spray water? Same with Smoke and Sub-Zero. ;/
