well, cheap mascot costumes are hard to come by, so i suggest looking around etsy, ebay, craiglist, amazon, or just googling it. There are mascot costumes hat generally cost around 100 to 200 but a cheaper one would have to be one that was perviously used.
Your best bet would be Ebay or Craigslist.
