   I would guess so. There’s nothing illegal about it unless you wear a strippers outfit or something. lol

   NO you can not. They will not allow you into the parks in costume and may ask you to leave a change at Downtown disney

   Little kids are great at make believe. No matter how basic your costume is, some little kid is going to believe you are the character of the costume. Disney can not allow that.

   The rules for the Disney parks also apply on Disney property. No teens can not wear costumes.
