Your best bet is probably papier mache on an exercise ball (available at sporting good stores and some department stores). You can figure out how big you want the ball to be, inflate the exercise ball to that size.
If you don’t know how to papier mache, I’d look it up online for tips, but the basic is strips of paper or cloth, about 1.5-2 inches wide, dipped in white glue or flour paste (scrape off the excess after dipping and before applying) laid over the ball and smoothed down. Let each layer dry before adding the next. You’ll need several layers, at least, for the ball to keep its shape. Pull the plug and deflate the ball inside when the last layer has dried.
It would be a good idea to measure your head before cutting the hole to put the ball over your head – and add a few rolls of papier mache as a collar to cushion your shoulders. Cut out eye holes and cover from the inside with screen door mesh (available at a hardware store) so you can see, paint, and let dry before using. Hope you have fun.
blow up a big balloon. cover it with newspaper or tissue paper strips soaked in glue.cornstarch and water or sugar and water.
paint it white. after it dries. puncture the baloon, or untie the fill tube.
cut a ole for the head.
