that is the easiest thing in the world to put together. why would you buy a costume.
you need to borrow or buy a blonde wig, a low cut cocktail dress
and stockings with seams, or drawn them on. and high heels.
the bust will probably need to be padded. why you want to dress a 14 year up like a hooker is beyond me.
